How I Met Your Mother is a comedy about Ted and how he fell in love. It all starts when Ted's best friend, Marshall , drops the bombshell that he's going to propose to his long-time girlfriend, Lily, a kindergarten teacher.
Helping him in his quest is Barney, a friend with endless, sometimes outrageous opinions, a penchant for suits and a foolproof way to meet women. When Ted meets Robin, he's sure it's love at first sight, but destiny may have something else in store. The series is narrated through flashbacks from the future.
It's the most AWESOME teenage comedy since Friends & i'm sure it will turn out to be LEGEN- wait for it - DARYYYYY =)
Rule No. 1: Suit Up.
watching HIMYM episodes is like to have the anxiety off your shoulders a moment.. If anybody wants fresh air, wants to relax and evade in a world of jokes, laughter, common sense & a dosage of morality this is it..
i can't wait for the final episodes of season four..im still stuck @ episode 13 for the moment but i hope i'll be cruising in MacLaren's Bar sooner or later =) oh & btw, old fans of Dr Doogie (who remember this show?) would absolutely love it.
& the question that arises: would you ever name your son, Barney?
